Time frame for funds return

Where a refund is owed because the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight: we will issue your refund within 7 business days for credit and debit card purchases, and within 20 calendar days for other payment methods, from the date the refund becomes due.

Where a refund arises from a voluntary cancellation: the airline or supplier must first process and release the refund to us. Airline processing times vary and are outside our control. We will pass the recoverable amount to you as soon as we receive it, and will keep you updated on the status of your request.

Once we issue a refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.
