A voluntary cancellation is when you choose to cancel a booking for your own reasons.
Any refund is limited to what is recoverable under the fare rules of the airline or supplier. Many discounted, promotional and unpublished fares are non-refundable once ticketed. Where a fare is non-refundable, only recoverable taxes and government fees may be returned, if the airline permits it.
Your travel consultant will confirm the refund conditions of your specific fare before payment is taken. If your fare is non-refundable, we will tell you so at that point.
Where a refund is due, the airline or supplier must first process and release the refund to us. We will pass the recoverable amount to you once we receive it.
Our service fee is separate from the ticket price and is non-refundable once ticketing or a requested service has been completed.
