Voluntary changes and exchanges

If you wish to change your dates, route or passenger details after ticketing, whether a change is possible — and what it costs — is determined by the fare rules of your ticket.

Where a change is permitted, you will typically pay

• The airline's change fee, if any
• Any difference in fare between your original ticket and the new booking
• Our service fee for arranging the change

Adding extra baggage, seat selection or other extras is subject to the airline's own charges and availability.

Some restricted and unpublished fares cannot be changed at all once ticketed. Your consultant will confirm before any payment is taken.

Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. Corrections to a misspelled name may be possible at the airline's discretion and may carry a fee.
